Bio

Coach Gerrick has been a high school basketball coach, both girls and boys teams, in Ohio for the past nine seasons, including stops with Beachwood, Willoughby South, and Orange. Most recently, Coach Gerrick served as the Varsity Head Coach for the International Sports Academy in Willoughby, coaching basketball talent from all over the world. He has been a skill and player development trainer for over twelve years, working with high school and college level players. As a collegiate player, he served on the practice squad at Kent State University. He is excited to bring his experience and enthusiasm to Hawken and help the program grow, compete, and achieve its fullest potential. Coach Gerrick is the Recreation Superintendent for the City of Brunswick. He lives in Mayfield Heights with his wife and newborn daughter. Coach Gerrick is a huge Cavs and Connecticut Sun fan.
